WARRANTY CLAIMS – All claims must be filed within 30 days of repair.

Our Product Support Manager will work diligently to ensure your warranty claim experience is a success. Our online warranty filing system is a secure site which only can be accessed by the approved users at your location. You can also track its progress from start to finish.  When approved, you will be paid at that labor rate on record. This rate will be the rate you gave when you signed up as a service dealer. If your rate differs from the stated rate, notify Northern Power in writing of the change. The history on all past claims will also be maintained in this system so you will have access to all current and past claims
